As-Salaam Mosque has now been in use for a year since it was first used to perform the first Fardhu Friday Prayer on the 6th of December 2024. In conjunction with its 1st anniversary, the mosque Takmir Committee held a Tahlil Arwah Sekampong Ceremony, 8th January night.

Present was Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer. Apart from providing comfort to villagers and congregants in performing the five daily and Friday prayers, the mosque is also used for religious activities to spread the Islamic eminence. Also present was Yang Berhormat Awang Mohammad Ali bin Tanjong, Member of the Legislative Council.
